Terms of Service

These are placeholder terms while the final document is in legal review. They will be replaced before ProCoachly opens to the public.

The service. ProCoachly is a coaching platform that helps fitness coaches manage clients, programs, and check-ins.

Free trial. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. We ask for a payment method up front and check it with a temporary $1 hold that is released right away — it is not a charge. Cancel before the trial ends and your card is never charged; otherwise the plan renews at the price shown at checkout.

Billing. After the trial, the plan you chose renews at the price shown at checkout — monthly, or once a year at exactly 12 times the monthly price. You can cancel at any time.

Your data. Your clients' information stays yours. We never sell it. Optional data-use choices are always off unless you turn them on.
