Privacy Policy

This is a placeholder policy while the final document is in legal review. It will be replaced before ProCoachly opens to the public.

What we collect. Your account details (name, email), your business information, and the client data you enter. Payment details are handled by Stripe — card numbers never touch our servers.

What we never do. We do not sell your data or your clients' data. We do not use your data to train AI models unless you explicitly switch that option on — it is off by default everywhere.

Your choices. Optional data uses are always opt-in. You can change them later in Settings, and you can export or delete your data by contacting support.
